Tara began her career in 1989 working part-time for Denver Design Icon Letty Rozell at Designworks, Inc. while attending the Art Institute in Denver, Colorado. After graduation in 1990, Tara continued with Designworks, Inc. as a Senior Designer, Space Planning, developing Color Schemes and Staging and Merchandising Homes, Sales Offices and Public Spaces for New Home Builders, gaining several awards for the Design Firm.

In 1993 Tara was recruited by International Interior Designer Anita Brooks at Anita Brooks Interiors, based in Las Vegas, Nevada as a Senior Designer where she worked on several high profile turn-key Residences, Restaurants and Hotel Suites in Nevada, California and Wyoming and won a prestigious award from ASID San Diego/California Chapter for best Residence over 3,500 sq. ft. .

In 1997 Tara and her family relocated to Chicago, Illinois, where Tara began working as an Independent Interior Designer working for a diverse range of Clientèle with projects including Private Residences, New Construction, Remodeling, Restaurant Design, Urban Renewal & Space Planning, Historical Architectural Design and High Rise Interiors.

After 8 years in Chicago Tara and her family returned to Las Vegas where Tara re-established herself into the local design community and “hit the ground running” as principal of Spaces Southwest, Ltd..  Since 2005, Spaces Southwest has completed numerous projects including, Space Planning and Architectural Interior Design, Private Residences, Corporate Interiors, Kitchen and Bath Design, Cabinetry Design and Custom Furniture Design.

Principal, Tara Dudley has proven herself among her peers in the design community and is recognized for her passion and zeal as an Interior Designer with 21 years of experience. Tara’s focus revolves around designing and tailoring specifically for each Client’s different needs and desires, down to the smallest detail. Tara approaches each project by personally hand rendering each space and personally selecting and coordinating all project materials, furnishings and fixtures. This kind of personal attention may be different than other design firm’s approach to working with clients, but because of this kind of service, Tara has been able to establish long lasting relationships with her Clients by making the design process more exciting and the end result more satisfying.
